1. Who we are
This website is operated by Infocus Point EOOD ("we", "us"), a company registered in Bulgaria (ЕИК 208807193, registered address: 34 Filipovsko shose str, 1324 Sofia, Bulgaria). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers only the Reysko marketing website. The Reysko mobile app has its own separate privacy policy, available at https://accessinfocus.com/reysko-privacy-policy/.
3. What we collect, and when
- Contact form. When you use it, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, the subject you choose, and your message. This is voluntary; we need your name and email to reply to you.
- Technical data. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which, like any web server, automatically processes limited connection data (such as your IP address and request details) to serve the site securely and protect it from abuse.
- No cookies, no tracking. This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and contains no advertising or third-party tracking.
4. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To read and respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and/or our legitimate interest in answering messages you send us (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To keep the site available and secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
5. Who else processes your data
We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:
- Resend: delivers the contact-form email to us (we use Resend's EU region).
- Cloudflare: hosts and delivers this website.
These providers act on our instructions under data-processing agreements.
6. International transfers
We choose EU-based processing where offered. Where a provider may process data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and reasonable follow-up, and no longer than 12 months, after which they are deleted. Hosting and security logs are kept briefly by our provider.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can: access your data; correct it; erase it; restrict or object to its processing; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian supervisory authority, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД), at kzld.bg.
9. Automated decisions
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
10. Links to other services
This site links to the Apple App Store and Google Play. Once you follow those links, those services' own privacy policies apply.
11. Children
This website is not directed at children. The Reysko app is intended for users aged 16 and over.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.
