Reysko Terms of use

End User License Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Infocus Point EOOD (“we”, “us”) for the Reysko mobile application (“the app”). They supplement, and do not replace, the standard end-user license agreement of the App Store / Google Play under which you obtained the app.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The app

Reysko helps you find public-transport stops, lines, and routes, plan your journeys, and follow walking and riding guidance to reach them. It also keeps you informed about service alerts, such as changes to a line or route. Reysko is designed to be used by everyone and conforms to accessibility standards, so it works well for all users, including blind and low-vision users.

3. Licence

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to the App Store / Google Play terms. The app and its source code are proprietary to Infocus Point EOOD; all rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the app except as permitted by law.

4. Real-time guidance and safety notice

YOUR USE OF THIS REAL TIME ROUTE GUIDANCE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. LOCATION DATA MAY NOT BE ACCURATE. The app’s guidance (distances, directions, arrival predictions, walking and riding cues) is best-effort. It depends on third-party data and on your device’s sensors (GPS, compass), and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Do not rely on it for emergency, safety-critical, or vehicle-control purposes. Always remain aware of your surroundings and follow traffic rules and official signage.

5. Transit and other data

Schedules, real-time information, maps, place search, and weather come from third parties (including the Sofia Urban Mobility Center, map and geocoding providers, and weather providers) and are provided “as is”, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or availability. Sources and their licences are listed in the app under Settings, Legal.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation or security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infocus Point EOOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss or injury arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, its guidance, or any data it presents.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
