When reporting a problem it helps to include your app version, your phone and its OS version, and the city you were using. If you write from inside the app (Settings > About > Report a problem) those details are filled in for you.
Frequently asked questions
Which cities does Reysko cover?
Sofia (bus, trolleybus, tram, and metro) at launch, with more Bulgarian cities added as their public-transit data becomes available. You can switch city in Settings. In a city we do not cover yet, the nearby-stops list is simply empty.
Do I need an account?
No. Reysko works fully on your device, with no sign-up, no login, and no password.
Is it free?
Yes. Reysko is free and has no ads.
How do arrival alerts work when my screen is locked?
When you start a Ride to stop or Walk to stop, Reysko keeps a location service running for that trip so it can alert you as your stop approaches, even with the phone in your pocket. The service ends automatically when the trip ends, and you can stop it any time.
Why does Reysko ask for location and microphone permission?
Location is used to show nearby stops and to guide you to your stop. The microphone is used only for voice search, when you choose to speak instead of type. You can decline either one and the rest of the app still works.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Schedules are cached after the first load, so you can plan trips and read stops without a connection. Live arrival times need a connection.
How is my privacy handled?
Reysko does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not sell your data. Read our full privacy policy .
I use a screen reader. Is Reysko accessible?
Yes. Reysko is built for VoiceOver and TalkBack, with spoken guidance, clear labels, large-text support, and high-contrast light and dark themes.
